This is an application for grant of permission to withdraw entire amount deposited by the applicant/appellant.

It is brought to our notice that in Civil Application No.2133/2024 in First Appeal St.No.12420/2023, arising out of the same award, this Court has permitted non-applicant no.1 there Rgd.

Order 2410caf2517.24 to withdraw the amount on certain conditions. 4.

In view of above, permission is granted to withdraw 50% amount on furnishing an undertaking and 25% amount on furnishing solvent surety/security.

Civil Application is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
