In addition to the amendments proposed to be made to the Petition after allowing the amendment application being Civil Application (CAW) No.2275 of 2022, we also grant leave to the petitioners to amend the pleadings by incorporating additional pleadings regarding payment of garbage collection charges by each of the petitioners prior to 01st July, 2019.
