This is an application filed by the applicantrespondent no.1 for grant of permission to withdraw the entire amount deposited by the appellant in this court. 2.
Perused the application.

Heard the learned advocates for both the sides. 4.
Considering the peculiar set of facts, it would be proper to grant application partly.

The application is, therefore, allowed partly. 6.
The applicant-respondent no.1 is entitled to withdraw 75% amount along with accrued interest on execution of usual undertaking.
