Heard learned counsel for the parties.

In the present public interest litigation, the petitioner is seeking directions to the authorities to provide basic amenities to make existing slaughter house operational and further to establish new slaughter house for the buffalo meat sellers near market building in Balapur. Further ancillary prayers are also made.

Admittedly the petitioner nowhere connected with the slaughter house and the issue involved.

In that view of the matter, the Public Interest Litigation is rejected. No costs.
