For the reasons stated in the application, the Family Court Appeal is restored to file subject to payment of costs of Rs. 1000/- to the Vidarbha Lady Lawyers Association within one week. M. C. A. is allowed and is disposed of as such.

If the costs are paid and the Family Court Appeal is restored, issue notice to the respondent for hearing of the Family Court Appeal on merits.
