DATED : 09/10/2025.

Heard.

2.

By this application, the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by respondent no. 2 along with accrued interest thereon.

3.

Only objection raised by the respondent no.2 that in the proceedings before the Trial Court there was thumb impression of the applicant whereas in the present proceeding, there is signature. Hence, amount should be permitted to be withdrawn subject to the satisfaction of the Registrar (judicial).

4.

I find that there is no impediment to allow the application on such ground. Accordingly, the application is allowed.

5.

The applicant is permitted to withdraw the compensation amount subject to the satisfaction of the Registrar (judicial).

6.

The application stands disposed of accordingly. (PRAVIN S. PATIL , J.
