This is an application filed by the respondents to correct the respondent numbers in the application for withdrawal of the amount.

Considering the reasons stated in the application the application is allowed. The following corrections be carried out in the order dated 07.11.2023 : In para 1 of the order dated 07.11.2023 "the applicants/respondent Nos.3A, 4A to 4C" be replaced by "applicants/respondent Nos.4, 5A to 5C and 6. 3.

The order be corrected accordingly and the corrected order be uploaded thereafter.

CIVIL APPLICATION (CAO) NO.1199/2024 In view of order passed in Civil Application (CAO) No.354/2025 today, no order is required to be passed in Civil Application (CAO) No.1199/2024, it is disposed of accordingly.
