By this application, the applicants/appellants are seeking early hearing on the ground that the appellant No.1 is the widow and she lost her husband in an untoward incident.

The Railway Claims Tribunal has rejected her claim for compensation. She has no source of income. Hence appeal be disposed of at the earliest.

Considering that appellant No.1 has lost her husband in an untoward incident and the reasons mentioned in the application, application is allowed. 5.

Early hearing is granted.

Place the matter for final hearing after three weeks.
