Heard.
2.
The petitioner, a convict, has claimed emergency parole on account of death of his uncle. A provision has been made under rule 19 of Prisons (Bombay Furlough and Parole) Rules, 1959 to grant emergency parole in case of death of some of the relatives as defined therein. Uncle would not fall in said rule and thus we are not prepared to accede the prayer which is beyond rules.
3.
Petition stands dismissed.
