Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

Learned counsel has submitted that he will deposit half amount of Rs. 3,00,000/- towards Court Fees and remaining amount of Rs. 1,50,000/- can be adjusted from the amount at the time of payable to the applicants. Learned counsel for the applicants prays for twelve weeks time to deposit amount of Rs. 1,50,000/- towards Court fees.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The applicant is permitted to deposit an amount of Rs. 1,50,000/- towards Court Fees within twelve weeks.
