DATE :- 25th AUGUST, 2023 Since the petitioners have challenged the e-auction notice dated 10.08.2023 issued by the respondent by filing proceedings before Debts Recovery Tribunal, Nagpur, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the eauction is scheduled tomorrow. 3.

Since the proceedings before the Debts Recovery Tribunal are now fixed on 28.08.2023, it is open for the petitioners to raise all grievances in the said proceedings.

Keeping all points open, the writ petition is disposed of as not entertained.
