DATE : March 15, 2019 The respondent in Second Appeal No.393/2016 seeks clarification of the observations in the judgment dated 30/01/2018 which is on account of an order passed below Exhibit-16 by the appellate Court. In the light of the observations in paragraph 8 of the judgment in Second Appeal No.393/2016 the appellate Court shall consider the aspect of limitation and if it is found that the suit has been filed within limitation shall proceed to adjudicate the other points involved in the appeal. The proceedings in the said appeal be decided expeditiously.
