During Diwali Vacation 2019, the respondent - mother of the child could not take custody of the child because of the pendency of this litigation.

We, therefore, direct that interim custody of the child Master Raajveer be handed over to the maternal grand-mother of the child on 20.12.2019 at 5.00 p.m. in the Family Court. The child Master - Raajveer is permitted to be taken to United Kingdom where he will stay with the respondent mother Dr.Reshma. We are assured by the respondent that custody of the minor child shall be handed over to the appellant - Dr. Dhiraj Gupta, the father of the

child, on or before 2.1.2020 at Nagpur. The passport and Visa shall be handed over to the Registrar (Administration) of this Court, who shall keep the same in his official custody until further orders from this Court.

We must put the respondent on caution that if the order of this Court is not complied with, all such coercive measures shall be taken to see that the order is complied with.
