By this application, the applicant is seeking bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 in Crime No. 350/2022 registered with Pusad Gramin Police Station, District Yavatmal, for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 307 read with Section 149 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3,4 and 5 of the Arms Act.

After hearing learned counsel for the applicant for some time and learned APP for the State, I am not inclined to grant bail. Considering the role of the present applicant, who has chased the injured and gave a blow on vital part of the body. There is no change in circumstance, since the earlier application was withdrawn on 19/07/2023.

Considering the applicant is in jail since 30/06/2022, the learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial, and dispose of it within one year. 5.

Applicant is at liberty to prefer the bail application after six months, if there is no substantial progress in the trial.

Criminal Application is disposed of as withdrawn in the aforesaid terms.
