O R D E R

3 / 3 /20 ) The Appellant has tendered terms of compromise today, which is marked as "H" for identification along with application for withdrawal of appeal. 2.

The First Appeal stands disposed as withdrawn in terms of pursis Exh. 'H', however, with a direction to deposit the total amount of compensation within ninety days in the reference Court, if it is not deposited.

3.

The Respondents/Claimants shall be entitled to withdraw the amount of compensation, in case the amount was already deposited, alongwith accrued interest.

4.

The Court fees, if any, be refunded to the appellants as per Rule. 5.

Filing of a separate petition does not require for withdrawal of amount as per this order/award.

6.

A copy of this order be supplied to the learned Counsel for the parties free of costs.
