DATED : SEPTEMBER 9, 2019 Learned counsel for applicant submits that he wishes to withdraw the present application since during the pendency of present application, charge-sheet is filed. He submits that liberty be given to applicant to file an application for grant of bail, afresh, before the trial Court. The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file an application for grant of bail afresh before the trial Court, in view of the fling of the charge-sheet, which is a change in circumstance.

It is made clear that case of the application is not heard on its own merit.
