09/10/ The present application is filed for condonation of delay in filing Second Appeal. There is delay of 643 days in filing Second Appeal.

It appears that office has calculated delay period of 77 days in view of the directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court for extension of limitation during COVID-19 Pandemic.

For the reasons stated in paragraph Nos.4 and 5 of the application, I am of the considered opinion that there is justifiable reasons for not filing the Second Appeal within limitation.

Though the application is opposed by the learned Counsel for respondent, I am inclined to allow the application. As such, the application is allowed. 5.

The delay in filing the Second Appeal is hereby condoned.
