DATED : 10/01/2024 The present application is filed for deletion of name of petitioner No.1. Shri Ghate, learned Counsel for petitioner No.1 makes a statement that he wants to delete the petitioner No.1 which is represented through President of society who has expired.

Upon the statement made by learned Counsel for petitioner, permission is granted to delete name of petitioner No.1. Necessary amendment to be carried out within a period of one week.

The present application is filed for intervention. It is claimed that the Intervernors are recorded trustee of the Society and newly elected President. As such, application is allowed.
