The application is for relaxation of condition while disposing the bail application of the present applicant bearing No.899/2023 wherein the offences alleged against the present applicant are punishable under Sections 302, 307, 324, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Considering the apprehension of tampering with the witnesses, the said condition is imposed by this Court while releasing the applicant on bail. As far as the ground mentioned by the applicant that there is nobody to look after his agriculture field is concerned, is not a sufficient ground at this stage. The trial is yet to be commenced and that apprehension is still in existence. In view of that

(2) 20.appp.1545.2024 there is no merit in the application, the application deserves to be rejected. Accordingly, the application is rejected.

Liberty is granted to the applicant to move an application after examination of the material witnesses.
