DATED : SEPTEMBER 26, 2019 Heard Mr. Malnas, learned counsel for applicant and Mr. Doifode, learned A.P.P. for non applicant-State. This is an application for relaxation of condition imposed by learned Judge of the trial Court while releasing the applicant on bail.
Prior to filing of this application, applicant has approached to this Court by filing Criminal Application No.504/2019. This Court (Coram: Z. A. Haq, J.), on 09.05.2019 allowed the applicant to withdraw the said application.
After hearing learned counsel for the applicant, I do not find any change in the circumstance. Only change of lawyer cannot be considered to be a change in circumstance. In view of above, the application is rejected. JUDGE kahale
