We do not find that any public interest is involved in this petition and, therefore, the Registrar (Judicial) has rightly refused to register the same as Public Interest Litigation, by the order dated 30/09/2015. Since the petitioner does not have a locus standi to file the petition, the writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
