The enhancement is from Rs.46,000/- and Rs. 41,500/- to Rs.1,10,000/- per hectare. In view of this, the claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount against solvent surety to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) and remaining 50% of the amount upon furnishing usual undertaking within four weeks from the date of the order.
