The respondent -Zilla Parishad has applied for clarification of the order passed by this Court dated 6.7.2015. The learned counsel appearing for the original petitioners also does not dispute that the clarification is required in the order dated 6.7.2015.

We, therefore, clarify our order dated 6.7.2015 to the effect that such of the petitioners who have completed 12 years' of service in the cadre of Mistri Grade-I, Mistri Grade-II, Muster Clerk, Time Keeper, Draftsman, Tracer etc. and have attained the age of 45 years, would be entitled to a pay-scale of Junior Engineer upon completion of their 12 years' service in the aforesaid cadre. Consequently the period for implementation of the order is extended by three months from today.

Civil Applications are disposed of.
