JUNE 21, 2017 This is an application for condonation of delay in filing criminal revision application. The applicant no.1 is wife and applicant no.2 is minor daughter of non applicant. They filed an application under Section 127 of the Cr.P.C. The said application was partly allowed vide order dated 28.12.2015. The said order is assailed by them by filing the revision. However, in preferring the revision, there is a delay of 151 days.

Though, the non applicant is served, he and his counsel remained absent.

I have gone through the contents of the application. I am satisfied about the reasons put forth by the applicants. Even otherwise, the applicants have every right to get the matter decided on merit.
