FEBRUARY 17, 2021 After the matters were heard for sometime when we expressed that we are not inclined to show indulgence under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, learned advocate for the applicants, on instructions, sought permission to withdraw the criminal applications with liberty to move appropriate application before appropriate forum, if the charge-sheet is filed against the applicants.

The criminal applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
