AUGUST 12, 2024 The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Appellate Authority in terms of the judgment passed by the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Jagdish Pitamber Pawar Vs. Pitamber Pundalik Pawar & Ors. [Writ Petition No. 36/2023 decided on 29/11/2023] at Aurangabad Bench.
