ATE : JANUARY 25 , 2024 On 26/10/1989, the petitioner was appointed as Laboratory Attendant and subsequent thereto on 25/11/1991, his services were confirmed.

2) Subsequent thereto pursuant to the advertisement dated 14/10/2015, the petitioner appears to have been selected and appointed as Library Assistant, which proposal was forwarded by respondent Nos.4 and 5 for approval to the Joint Director of Higher Education. The said authority has rejected the proposal on the ground that petitioner is not satisfying the age criteria. Admittedly, the petitioner is above the age of 33 years, which is prescribed age limit in the advertisement. 3) Even if the petitioner has drawn support from Government Resolution(G.R.) dated 01/11/2003, the said G.R. cannot be applicable to the case of the petitioner. 4) In earlier round of litigation, similar Writ Petition No.6907 of 2016 was withdrawn by the petitioner. That being so, no case is made out for interference. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
