Learned counsel Shri R.H.Chandurkar for respondents, submits that Shri Shaikh Muzahid Azam, Deputy Manager (Mining), Majri Area, district Chandrapur has filed an affidavit on 28.2.2020. Along with the said affidavit, posting order of 9 persons is annexed.

Perusal of the said posting order shows that at serial No.1 name Sunil s/o Pandhari Bipte, petitioner No.2, appears and he is posted in Open Cast Mine at Wani. The said order reflects signature of petitioner No.2 that he has received order dated 28.2.2020. The said is also accepted by learned counsel Shri P.D.Meghe for petitioners.

Thus, it is clear that petitioner No.2 has received the posting order.

In this view of the matter, nothing survives in this contempt petition. The contempt petition is disposed of accordingly.
