The appeal was heard for some time on 18/09/2025. After hearing learned Advocate for the appellants, this Court had indicated disinclination to entertain the appeal. The learned Advocate for the appellants, therefore, sought time to seek instructions for withdrawal of appeal. Accordingly, Pursis Stamp No.1/2025 is filed, seeking withdrawal of the appeal.

The Appeal against Order is disposed of as withdrawn.

Learned Advocate for the appellants states that the suit is of the year 2018 and the matter is remanded by the learned first Appellate Court to the learned trial Court for recording evidence of one witness and to decide the suit thereafter. He, therefore, prays that direction be issued to the learned trial Court to expedite the suit and decide it in a stipulated time-frame.

The learned trial Court is requested to decide the suit as expeditiously as possible and preferably before 30/04/2026.
