Heard.

By the present application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the applicant is seeking his release on bail since the applicant is arrested in connection with Crime No.60 of 2015 registered with Police Station Ballarshah, District Chandrapur, for the offences punishable under Sections 354 and 342 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 7 and 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

The investigation is over and the charge-sheet is already filed. The FIR is lodged by Ramsing Surajpalsing Thakur the father of the girl who is the victim in the present crime.

The FIR shows that the first informant has sent the victim girl for calling the members of the family of .....2/-

Chhotelal Gupta for Puja of Satyanarayan. When the victim girl was returning home, she divulged that the present applicant touched her hands and also touched her breast. These are the allegations made against the present applicant.

Looking to such nature of accusations made against the present applicant and since the applicant is in jail from 28.3.2015, the applicant can be put to certain conditions while releasing him on bail.

ORDER

1] The criminal application for grant of bail is allowed.

2] Applicant - Rajkumar @ Pappu S/o Satyanarayan Varma be released on bail in connection with Crime No.60 of 2015 registered with Police Station Ballarshah, District Chandrapur, for the offences punishable under Sections 354 and 342 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 7 and 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 on his executing Personal Bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with two solvent sureties in .....3/-

the like amount.

3] The applicant shall attend the concerned police station once a week and preferably on every Sunday between 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm till culmination of the trial.

4] The applicant is prohibited from extending any threat whatsoever in the nature neither to the first informant, the victim girl nor to the prosecution witnesses.

5] Bail before the Trial Court.

With these directions and observations, the criminal application is allowed and disposed in aforesaid terms.
