By this application, the applicant is seeking the condonation of delay of 50 days in filing the application for restoration of appeal.

It is seen from the record that the appeal was dismissed for not filing the private paper book within the stipulated time period. 3.
The appellant states that within a period of four weeks, he is ready to file the private paper book.

Hence, considering the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

The learned counsel for the appellant states that his private paper book is ready and same will be filed before the registry of this court within a period of one week. In view of this statement, application is allowed. Office is directed to restore the appeal. 2.
