The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 3 seeks time to take instructions. 3.

As far as the respondent Nos.4, 5 and 6 are concerned, since the impugned order passed is innocuous and not against the interest of either of the parties, we dispense with the issuance of notice to them. 4.

The prayer made in this petition is for direction to the respondent No.1-Minister, Co-operative Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai to decide the pending representation preferred by the petitioner under Section 141 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 expeditiously, as the respondent No.1, for last two years, has not taken any decision on the said representation.

In the aforesaid background, we permit the petitioner to appear before the respondent No.1 on September 30, 2024. 6.

We direct the respondent No.1 to decide the said representation expeditiously and in any case within a period of four months from the date of appearance of the petitioner before him.

With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands disposed of. 8.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader to communicate this order to the respondent No.1.
