Learned A.P.P. Mr. Rao states that the victim is duly intimated the date of hearing.

02] The applicant is the mother of the victim.

03] The primary allegation against the applicant appears to be that she lodged a false missing report on 28/05/2021 on the premise that the victim went missing. According to the prosecution, the narrative of the victim is that on 24/05/2021, co-accused Nandkishor Gaikwad sexually exploited her and when the victim complained to her mother, she did not take the issue seriously. According to the victim, she asked the applicant to solemnize her marriage and since the applicant refused, there was some verbal altercation.

04] Certain serious allegations are levelled by the victim against the co-accused. However, noting the material on record, this Court has granted bail to co-accused Nandkishor Gaikwad vide order dated 15/12/2021 in Criminal Application [BA] 1168/2021.

31.ba.1266.21 2/2 05] Considering the role attributed to the applicant, I do not find any purpose in continuing the incarceration. 06] The application is allowed.

07] The applicant shall be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.16,000/- (Rupees Sixteen Thousand Only) with a solvent surety of the like amount. 08] The applicant shall not make any attempt to tamper with the evidence or to influence the witnesses, directly or indirectly.

09] The applicant shall attend each date of hearing scrupulously.

10] The applicant shall not leave the country without the permission of the trial Court.
