This is an application seeking suspension of execution of substantive sentence passed in Sessions Trial No.17/2019 whereby the appellant was convicted for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer life imprisonment along with fine.

After hearing at length, this Court has expressed its non-inclination to suspend the execution of sentence. 3.
At this stage, the learned Counsel appearing for the appellant/applicant would submit that there are arguable points to convince that at the most the offence punishable under Section 304 Part II of the Indian Penal Code would attract and, therefore, she seeks for withdrawal with liberty to apply fresh after one year. 4.
