2) It is the case of the petitioner that other identically and similarly placed employees like the petitioner in other Social Work Colleges, which are admissible to grant-in-aid, are given higher pay scale than the one petitioner is getting. It is claimed that the issue was sought to be raised with the respondents, but the same was not addressed to them.

3) Mr.Bissa, learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that this Court may pass an appropriate order in the matter.

4) That being so, we direct the petitioner to appear before the respondent No.2 on 23/09/2024 with copy of this petition. The said Authority shall treat the petition as written notes of arguments and decide the claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of eight weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner and communicate the order to the petitioner.

5) As such, the petition stands disposed of.
