DATE : 20.03.2015 Instead of passing any orders on the civil application, it would be necessary in the interest of justice to hear the appeal by fixed date as the matter pertains to the custody of the minor child. Hence, stand over to 09.04.2015 at the end of the admission board for final disposal.
The civil application stands disposed of.
At this stage, the learned Counsel for the applicantfather of the minor child states that on 23.3.2015, on the birthday of the minor child, the applicant is desirous of meeting the minor child and hence, he may be permitted to see her for at least two hours.
2003caf2521.14.odt Shri Sambaray, the learned Counsel for the non-applicant states that since it is a working day, it would be possible for the wife to take the child to the Family Court from 1:30 p.m. so that she could be in the company of her father or any other relatives till 2:30 p.m.
We accept the statement made by the learned Counsel for the non-applicant, which would be binding on her. The applicant could meet the minor child in the Family Court on 23.03.2015 from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Order accordingly.
