ATED :25th September, 2019 Heard both sides, In this case, the respondent-wife has filed this application for withdrawal of the amount deposited in this Court towards arrears of maintenance. As per the order passed by this Court on 13.6.2019, an amount of Rs. 50,000 has been deposited by the husband and the wife prays for withdrawal of the said amount.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application, the Application is allowed. The respondent-wife is allowed to withdraw the amount of Rs. 50,000/-. The Application is disposed of.
