DATED : 13th September, 2019 In spite of granting reinstatement by setting aside the termination, the Secretary, Gram Panchayat is not permitting the petitioner to join duty. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the Higher Authority including the Commissioner, to seek implementation of the order. Hence, the petition is dismissed with a view to approach to alternate Authorities.
