DATE : 02/01/2023 By the present application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of condition Nos.(IV) and (VII) imposed by this Court in order dated 12/06/2020, which reads as follows :- "(IV) The applicant shall not enter the premises of the concerned Bank unless permitted by this Court.
(VII) The applicant shall not contact any of the employees of the bank or in any manner pressurize them or witnesses in the present case."

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the purpose of the application would be served, if the applicant is permitted to visit Regional Office of the Union Bank of India, Ramdas Peth for a day. 3.
Learned APP opposed the application on the count that the bank witnesses are being examined and that the trial is at crucial stage. The applicant may influence the bank employees.

Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the bank employees who are witnesses have been examined.

The applicant is seeking relaxation in the condition only for a day to know his service status. If that be so, no prejudice would be caused to the prosecution, if the condition Nos.(IV) and (VII) is relaxed for a day i.e. for 09/01/2023 between 10.00a.m. to 12.00 noon. The said conditions stands relaxed accordingly.

Application is allowed in above terms.
