Heard the Power of Attorney of the applicant and perused the prayers made in the application.

We find that while deciding the letters patent appeal as well as the review application, similar contention was made. Since we did not find any error apparent on the face of record to invoke review jurisdiction that application was rejected. There is no fresh ground raised in the present application. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
