By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent no.2-Divisional Commissioner, Amravati Division, Amravati to investigate into the complaints made by the petitioner and take appropriate action.

The respondent nos.3 to 5 and the respondent no.6 have filed their affidavits-in-reply. It is stated in the said affidavitsin-reply that the enquiry is conducted in the complaint made by the petitioner and an enquiry report is submitted on 21.05.2015. It is stated that it is found that the Gram Panchayat has fulfilled all the norms under the Government Resolution and the petitioner seems to have filed the writ petition with a view to settle some score with the Gram Panchayat.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents on the basis of the affidavits-in-reply, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE APTE
