On 10.09.2018, this Court had granted time of twelve weeks to file private paper book.

It is due to failure on the part of the appellants to file private paper books that appeals remain pending. Hence, the learned counsel for the appellant is granted time of one week to file private paper book. It is made clear that even if private paper book is not filed within the aforesaid period of time, this appeal shall be included in the list of final hearing cases in its own turn, since record and proceedings have been received.
