DATED : 23-04-2025 After having heard for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the appropriate authority under Section 35 with further liberty to prefer application under Section 9(3) of the Maharashtra Prevention of Fragmentation and Consolidation of Holdings Act. So far as permission to withdraw the petition, the same is granted with liberty to approach appropriate authority under Section 35. As regards permission to move application under Section 9(3), the same is granted, if there is no other legal impediment.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
