Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. He has brought our attention to the communication dated 12.08.2024. By way of said communication, the hearing of the proceedings is fixed, but according to the petitioner, till this date the same has not been done.

That being so, we direct the respondent No.1 to immediately act upon the communication dated 12.08.2024 and decide the proceedings on or before 16.10.2025.

The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent No.1 on 03.10.2025.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
