When the matter was called out on 13.01.2020, none appeared for the petitioner. The matter thereafter was called out on 14.02.2020, on which date also none appeared for the petitioner. The matter is then adjourned to 18.02.2020 in order to afford an opportunity to the petitioner and it was made clear that if none appears for the petitioner on 18.02.2020 the writ petition may be dismissed for want of prosecution.

Today when the matter is called out at 3.44 p.m., none appears for the petitioners. Mr. Bashir, learned counsel for the respondent sole present.

The record therefore demonstrates that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the petition. The petition is therefore dismissed for want of prosecution.

(2) 214.wp.5605.09 Interim order is passed on 14.01.2010 and continue on 15.02.2010 is hereby vacated.
