It is informed that the Revision is pending since 2017 which was preferred against the order of the Additional Commissioner passed on 12.05.2017. 2.

That being so, we permit the petitioner to appear before the State Government on 30.01.2025. 3.

We expect the State Government to decide the Revision of the petitioner expeditiously and in any case, within a period of four months from the date of the order of this Court.

The petition accordingly stands disposed of.

The above referred order is passed taking in view the fact that the revision of the petitioner is pending from more than seven years.
