Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. According to him, an appeal, bearing No.601/2024-25, preferred under section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966, is pending before the Superintendent of Land Records, Civil Lines, Nagpur.

Considering the grievance raised by the petitioner, the Superintendent of Land Records, Civil Lines, Nagpur is directed to decide the said appeal within 12 weeks. 3.

The petitioner undertakes to appear before the authority concerned on 09.12.2025.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
