In this view of the matter, we do not see any propriety in considering the challenge to the charge-sheet which is filed way back in 2019 for offence punishable under Section 420 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, in so far the applicants are concerned. 3.

We request the learned trial Judge to expedite the trial.
