As the Presiding Officer of Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Nagpur has resumed his office, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition and to pursue the revision filed by the petitioner before the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Nagpur.

In that view of the matter, permission is granted to withdraw the present writ petition. 3.

Interim protection granted by this Court on 18th October, 2022 shall continue till 7th November, 2023 on which date the matter fixed before the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Nagpur.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
