DATE : March 17, 2017 The applicant has filed present application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking transfer of the matrimonial proceedings pending before the Court of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Jalgaon to the Family Court No.4 at Nagpur. The non-applicant has filed pursis dated 17/03/2017 in which he has consented to have the proceedings transferred from the Court of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Jalgaon to the Family Court No.4 at Nagpur where Petition No.A-1216/2014 is pending. In view of aforesaid the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-(i). HMP No.125/2016 stands transferred to the Family Court No.4 at Nagpur for being decided along with Petition No.A-1216/2014. Proceedings before the Family Court No.4, Nagpur are expedited.
